BRUSH :    How To Remove Plaque by Brushing
     
You Should Brush Your Teeth Thoroughly Twice Daily.
 
   
Using A Soft Tooth Brush Is Very Important.  
   
To Clean The Gums You Should Gently Vibrate The Brush In A Circular Fashion At A 45 Degree Angle Along The Gum Line.
 
   
To Clean The Teeth You Should Gently Vibrate The Brush Back And Forth In Place For Several Seconds.
 
   
Then Move On To The Next Area Of The Mouth & Repeat.
 
   
Don't Forget To Brush Your Tongue To Remove Bacteria That Causes Bad Breath.  
     
 
FLOSS :    Removeing Plaque With Dental Floss
     
Take 12" to 18" Of Floss And Wrap It Around The Middle Finger Of Each Hand.
 
   
Make Sure That The Floss Is Pulled Tightly Between Your Fingers.  
   
Then Use Your Thumbs & Forefingers To Gently Slide The Floss Between Each Set Of Teeth.
 
   
Curve It Around Each Tooth & Move The Floss Up & Down Against Each Tooth & Between The Tooth And Gum As High Or As Low As It Can Comfortably Go Under The Gumline.
 
   
While Using An Unused Portion of The Dental Floss, Now Move On To The Next Tooth.
 
   
Repeat These Steps For Each Tooth Until Each Tooth Has Been Cleaned Of Plaque.  
   
 
RINSE :    The Benefits of Rinsing After Brushing
     
Rinsing Provides Extra Help In Preventing Decay & / Or Gingivitis.
 
   
Adding Rinsing With A Mouthwash Containing Fluoride To Your Usual Daily Regimen Of Brushing And Flossing Will Help Reduce The Formation Of Decay.
 
   
Adding Rinsing With An Antiseptic Mouthwash To Your Usual Daily Regimen Of Brushing And Flossing Will Help Reduce The Probability Of Gum Disease.
 
   
Simply Rinse Your Mouth With The Desired Mouthwash As Indicated By The Manufacturer.
