Dr. Nohr is a native of Washington State having grown up in the city of Bothell. He graduated in 1985 with a Bachelors degree in Zoology, and 1989 with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery both from the University of Washington. He went on to complete a postdoctoral residency program at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio

Dr. Nohr is a member of the American Dental Association, the Washington State Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Seattle King County Dental Society, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the Washington State Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, and is a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is also a member of the Redmond Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau.
