WHAT IS A FULL DENTURE? |
A full upper denture is a removable appliance worn by someone who has lost all of their upper teeth. Historically an upper denture would sit upon the gums. With the advent of implants it is now possible to connect a denture directly to implants thus eliminating many problems commonly experienced by denture wearers. The image shows a lower removable denture which is attached to an implant supported bar.
