Do I need a particular version of a Web Browser to view immersive images?
Although it is recommended that you use the latest versions of Web Browsers available, our range of virtual tours will display universally on all Internet Browsers, including Web TV, and hand-held devices running Windows CE.
You may need to download a special iPIX® plug-in in order to view the Java based 360Virtual Tours with some browsers and versions. If you are having problems viewing any plug-ins java applets, please go to the following web site, and download the appropriate Java Plug-in for your computer type, browser type, and OS type.

PC USERS
For the best results, it is recommended you upgrade your browser to at least Internet Explorer [IE] 4.01, AOL Version 7.0, and Netscape 4.05 (or more recent versions) on Windows 95, 98, 2000 or NT4. These provide the best support for the Java programming language used for our tours with full features. If your browser cannot view the full-featured tour, the basic (non-animated) version can be substituted to achieve the same result.
MAC USERS
For the best results, it is recommended you upgrade your browser to at least Microsoft Internet Explorer [IE] 4.5 on MAC OS 8.5. This provides the best support for the Java programming language used for our Virtual tours with full features.
